GENERAL EXPERIENCE: I currently teach Spanish at Normandale Community College. I am an adjunct instructor so I do not always have full-time schedules. I have worked as an English and Spanish teacher at Berlitz Language School.
I enjoy teaching very much.

APPROACH TO TUTORING: In my classroom I like to create a relaxed setting so that my students feel comfortable expressing themselves in Spanish as much as possible. My teaching philosophy is that students learn best when the environment is low stress. I enjoy teaching language through culture and vice-versa. I use a lot of visuals in my teaching as well as audio examples from real life Spanish.
