  GENERAL EXPERIENCE:     I have a 30-year career as a communications generalist that makes me a great teacher for children and adults if all ages. I understand how to write, how to learn, how to think and how to get motivated at a profound level. I have taught people at every age and level of ability. I have written over 100 books and 1,000 articles. I have a vast general knowledge of science, history, literature, and language.
  APPROACH TO TUTORING:    I am patient, Finally, I am easy to get along with, and able to fashion individualized approaches to address different kinds of personalities. My approach is generally to brainstorm a pathway to understanding that is based on the individual's natural learning style. If they respond well to visual stimuli, I go visual. If they need a friendly approach, I do that. If they are naturally scholastic, good students with no learning disabilities or attitudes, I go directly at that and "lay track." Whatever works!
